• Only 6 photographers. First come first serve.
• Kids model photoshoot in Studio light setup
• We will provide kid models for the shoot (Age 8-12 years)
• Participants need to click, edit and share these photos to respective parents.
• You are welcome to suggest kid models (For free)

• Prefer wearing comfortable footwear/clothes.
• Please stick to be in the group and follow instructions by mentor’s.
• Pixavince is not liable for any loss/damage of gear, valuables or any other losses during the events. Participants are responsible for their own safety.
• If you have any medical discomfort, please let us know before the event and carry medicines.
• Smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited during the events.
• Pixavince has the rights to alter the itinerary or cancel the event in case of any unexpected change in weather or any unpredicted situations occur that are beyond our control.
• Participants must be on time for the event.
• Refunds on cancellations are based on the logistics for each event.
• Without prior notice, failure to attend free event will incur loss of one free event in subsequent month. Prior notice must be given at least 2 days prior to the event.
